As the owner of a marketing company, Rich Young helped other people come up with creative ways to sell their ideas and products. While he enjoyed his work, it didn’t offer him the long-term financial security he needed. A career with Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL) did.
Not long after joining FHL in 2007, Rich realized not only was he building residual income that would build year after year, but he was also helping people in a way that was much more meaningful than he was able to do in any other career. Today, Rich is a Sales Director, providing Family Heritage Life insurance products through his Agency, Rhino Financial Group in Greenville, South Carolina.
In fact, helping people with financial protection in times of tragedy is what he finds most rewarding about his career with Family Heritage Life. He also considers it his greatest accomplishment.
“It’s a good feeling to know the many families I enrolled with have financial help if the unexpected occurs,” he says. “When life throws them a curveball, they’ll have someone in their corner to lean on.”
As he built his local office team, Rich also realized he really enjoyed helping new Sales Professionals make the most of their FHL career opportunity.
“From a business standpoint, it’s been rewarding to see several people I work with achieve life-changing incomes – all because of the opportunities an FHL career provides,” he says.
Rich only wishes he had discovered Family Heritage Life sooner than he did. With that thought in mind, he encourages everyone considering a sales or leadership position with FHL to commit without hesitation.
“In my opinion, there is no greater opportunity out there. You can make a substantial income, make a difference in your customers’ lives, and create a lifestyle most people wish they had,” he says.
