Prior to joining Globe Life (Family Heritage) in 2016, Salvatore Carducci already had 25 years of industry experience in marketing under his belt. But he was enticed to give up that seniority and join Family Heritage because of the ability to earn lifetime residuals.
“The most rewarding part of my association with Globe Life has been the opportunity to bring my son aboard LVC Heritage Group and train him,” says Salvatore. “Aside from working with him, my greatest accomplishment with Family Heritage has been going from a sales force of one to 15 in only nine months.”
Salvatore is just as excited by what the future holds for him, his Agency, and his community. “I am looking to expand my sales force by 25 to 50 people as soon as possible. Give me a year and I will show you a career of unmatched income.”
To someone considering a sales or leadership position with Globe Life, Salvatore emphasizes, “you truly have the opportunity to become financially independent while protecting families. Family Heritage products really protect families from financial ruin due to cancer and accidents.”
Does Salvatore see his Agency and Globe Life having an impact in his area? Absolutely! “We have so many working families in central Florida,” says Salvatore, “and the need for supplemental insurance is great.”
How will Salvatore and LVC Heritage Group impact the local area in the future? “We are still very early in setting up our Agency; however, our plans include getting active and involved in many local charities. I already love to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which is near to the hearts of everyone at Globe Life.”
While in college, Salvatore was a place kicker and also played soccer. Now his free time equates to family time. However, when he has time alone, he loves to ride his motorcycle.
