What was first a job selling insurance has grown into a meaningful career beyond Nathan Terborg’s expectations. After doing a few sales jobs in college, Nathan joined Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL) in 2004 because of the freedom to choose his own business structure and build real wealth.
Today, Nathan is more passionate than ever before about representing Family Heritage Life at his local Agency, Symmetry Business Group in Bloomington, MN. He says, “As long as I need to work, this is absolutely what I will be doing. Frankly, I can’t imagine doing anything else.” FHL insurance products are a big part of Nathan's love for what he does. He says, “I’m most proud of the impact our coverage has made in the lives of my clients. Our insurance products truly make a meaningful difference well beyond standard coverage.”
As a Sales Director, Nathan is all about building a strong comradery among his Agents. “I’ve been blessed to play a part in the amazing success stories of the people I work with. We are not coworkers, we are friends. We belong to a family, not just a company,” says Nathan .
Nathan’s Symmetry Business Group is active in giving back to the community. His Agency participates in local food drives, supports families dealing with serious health issues, and does fundraisers for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Young Life.
When he’s not at his Agency, Nathan likes spending time with his family. He coaches his kids’ basketball and softball teams, and stays in shape doing local CrossFit competitions. He enjoys painting, drawing, and mixed media, and likes to read, travel, golf, snowboard, and surf.
