The opportunity to build and run a national sales organization brought Andrei Radivoyevitch to Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL) in 2008. Before opening his local FHL office, Heritage National Group of Companies, LLC, he was state manager of Ohio and Michigan for PMA USA and Washington National Insurance Company.
Andrei says the most rewarding aspect of owning his Heritage National Agency is freedom to create a unique culture within FHL. He finds fulfillment in developing business relationships with like-minded, quality people. If he had the chance to start over with FHL, he would more quickly expand his recruiting and team building efforts into other states.
In 2010, Andrei won the I Dare You award. He also has been a member of the FHL Growth Council for two consecutive years. He’s proud Heritage National has written over $14 million in Net Annualized Premium since its inception and has expanded to operate in nine states.
“Where people go for medical treatment for serious illnesses, such as cancer, can make a big difference in the outcome and even save lives,” he says. “Our FHL products provide people additional financial resources, so they can seek the very best treatment.”
When individuals consider a sales or leadership position with FHL, Andrei suggests they focus on providing service and protecting people, while setting an example of leadership that teaches others to reflect these same qualities.
While music, languages, and sports interest Andrei, spending quality time with his family is his priority outside of FHL. His income also provides him the privilege of making substantial financial donations to various local and national charities.
